Mike Mullan, is an artist + illustrator based in Vermont.
And we are excited to announce that Mike has been chosen to do the art for the Collaborative Summer Library Program next summer! You’ll see his art in every library in Vermont!
Mike Mullan has 15 years of experience creating art for branding, product packaging, advertising, editorial, books, wall murals, and more. Mike has partnered with large brands like Target, Walmart, and Applebee’s on large-scale campaigns as well as small business owners to develop their unique brand identity, products, and print materials.
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Mike made his way to Vermont by way of internship which turned into his first professional role as a studio artist, creating fine art prints & home décor products for Wild Apple in Woodstock, Vermont. Here, his creative style began to take shape, sourcing inspiration from Vermont’s beautiful, natural landscape, folk & naive art, mid-century design, music, and culture, the work of Andy Warhol & Milton Glaser, among others.
When he’s not creating art, Mike enjoys being outside on a trail run, wading in a river, cooking, and spending time with his wife, two boys, and dog, Forest.
Summer 2025 Programming begins on the last Wednesday of June and continues each Wednesday at 1pm through the Annual Stuffed Animal Sleepover in August. We’ll be posting more information as it comes in. Color Our World is the National Theme for 2025.
