Community “Drive By” Easter Egg Hunt

We’ve looked forward to Spring these many months and with all upcoming holiday activities cancelled due to the pandemic, it’s a hard time for kids. While we are not trying to promote anything other than social distancing, we do know that families sometimes pile in the car to take a drive and get some well needed sunshine. In sort of the same vein as the hearts for Valentine’s Day, we’d like to suggest a “Drive By Easter Egg Hunt.” We will post large pictures of Easter Eggs in the library windows that kids can count should they happen to drive by. If other businesses would like to join in, email me at [email protected] and I’ll send you an egg or two to put in your window as well. It might just brighten things up a bit while we maintain our distance during this difficult time.
